It’s getting more real! Baby Lennox will be making his arrival in just a few short months..
I can’t help but swoon over these itty bitty things, some I have recieved and some I couldn’t resist for our third baby boy. Here are some of my favorites peices!
I adore this tiny knot beanie in charcoal organic cotton from Ashes Ashes Design.
These blue antler leggings just get me! Born Savage is one of my top handmade brands to shop from for our boys. Cayla is so inspirational, her threads are great quality and tees have such creative designs. Great representation of why I lov shopping small! She’s personable and has reasonable prices for her handmade creations.
My favorite place to shop for handmade moccs from for the last two years is Mommy Makes Moccs. The owner is such a sweet heart and she always has the best selection of leather at an amazing price!
There is just something so sweet about this classic Braided Leather Binky Clip, paired with a Natursutten Natural Pacifier. Both can be found at Loved By Sophie Claire. One of the great things about this clip is that the leather can also act as a diffuser with essential oils. Add a drop to the leather and your baby can enjoy the natural effects of essential oils aromatically for hours. Definitely a wuality that will come in handy. – make sure to always double check the safety precautions when using essential oils with your children and yourself.
Any expecting mom has most likely been urged to add swaddle blankets to her baby registry. There are a ton of brands out there. These are my top three favorite swaddle blankets, each a little different. They were great to have on hand with my boys when they were babies. Starting on the left is a classic Aden + Anais Muslin Swaddle. It’s a convienant size, washes up really well. Middle is a Bamboo Muslin, it’s a little more on the stretchy, delicate but durable for baby. On the right is by far the cheapest yet durable and user friendly swaddle blanket we’ve ever used. This Hudson Baby Organic receiving blanket is on Amazon for a great price, definitely worth checking out.
I’m excited to have a go at a wrap carrier again. Solly Baby Wrap has gotten some amazing reviews, many of my mama friends just rave about theirs. And I am a huge fan of this fabric!
In a previous post I raved about Deeks and Me and Rachae’s amazing hand made products. I’m excited to add these burp cloths to our collection. You can never have too many burp cloths!
This item I am definitely looking forward to putting to use! Native Wild’s Bamboo ‘Nest’ is a Nursing Cover, Car Seat Cover, Shopping Cart Cover and High Chair Cover all in one.
Last but certainly not the least.. This Little Giraffe Luxe blanket is so special to me. The Aqua is so pretty. My mom has given each of my boys pieces from Little Giraffe’s collection. This blanket is a great weight, ridiculously soft and washes so well for how delicate it feels. Both my boys sleep with their blankets & ‘loves’ every night. It’s become a tradition for Grandma, one I’m sure she will continue.
Each of these pieces are beautifully made and are great to have. They are by no means a necessity, after my first two I’m a believer in the less is more but every new babe deserves some cute new items!
Check back soon for a series I have in the works with some amazing moms and bloggers, sharing secrets about preparing for a newborn and some other tips on after baby arrives from their own experiences. I am really looking forward to it, hope you all enjoy!
